Dr Frank Doyle is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology in RCSI and a Visiting Research Fellow in Queen’s University Belfast. He coordinates and teaches behavioural sciences and statistics to health professionals at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He is currently Joint Editor of Health Psychology and Behavioural Medicine: An Open Access Journal; Associate Editor of the Journal of Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy; a Consulting Editor for Health Psychology; and an Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health. Frank has published in prestigious international journals on areas such as depression, psychometrics, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cardiac rehabilitation, health behaviours such as smoking, medication adherence and physical activity, quality of life, pain and stress. He is also interested in complex interventions, systematic reviews, meta-analyses and psychometrics. His research has been supported by national and European funders. He was Chair of the Division of Health Psychology from 2013-2015, and 2017-2018, and is now a Fellow of the Psychological Society of Ireland.
